Responsible to monitor and make recommendations to the Board concerning financial resources and performance. Responsible for monitoring chapter’s financial reporting, decisions, and investments.

Audit

Responsible for evaluating budget assumptions, reviews the financial statements and audits and advises the Board on financial polices & procedures.

Events

Staff Liaison:

This committee is responsible for all of the ABC chapter events throughout the year. Scheduling and implementing all the aspects for each event.

Government Relations

This committee monitors local and state-wide legislation and informs members about pending legislation. It is also responsible for raising money to support ABC-endorsed candidates. Members must work for or be a contributing member of PAC.

Membership

This committee works to raise awareness of ABC among the construction community and grow membership and assists with membership retention and meets with new ABC members to explain benefits and programs.

The Committee supports the ABC strategic goal to establish ABC’s members as the “world-class” standard for health, safety, and environment in the construction industry.
